Let’s find God, Buddha, heaven and paradise within
Berkeley Meditation Center – Unique method
When you do “getting rid of the false self,” the true self and the true world can be seen.
In the Bible, it says that God is within you and the Kingdom of God is within you.
In the Buddhist Sutras, it says that Buddha is within you and the Land of Buddha is within you.
Man is incomplete because he lives inside the human mind, which is false. This is why man is incomplete.
Human mind is living inside the human mind world which consists of karma, habits, and body.
That is why God, the Kingdom of God, Buddha, the Land of Buddha, Allah and the Kingdom of Allah cannot be seen or known.
One must have heaven and paradise in order to live. You will know all the principles of the world, and you can achieve human completion.
Last year, 5000 people became complete. Is there anyone who wouldn’t do this study?
Berkeley Meditation Center – Unique method
Our method is very unique and simple. When people think of meditation, they imagine yoga, breathing or focusing on calming sounds and not dwelling on thoughts. But this meditation is a proactive way of bringing up thoughts and effectively discarding them. It will provide deep and permanent benefits rather than just temporary relaxation.

This program teaches a systematic meditation method. When people practice the method, they always find their original, true self which leads one to permanent peace and happiness. It is a non-denominational meditation where the method plays the most important role.

In the past 11 years of serving east bay, a common question about the fee arises. We advise you to think of guided meditation similar to personal training, but for the mind. You can work out on your own after learning something new for your body but it is hard to be disciplined and it is hard to know if you are doing it right. Similarly, training your mind also requires diligence and experienced guides who can make the process effective. The monthly/annual membership fee encourages members to attend as often as they can and helps keep the center open for services seven days a week.
